Street Survivors Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and 7 Beers Deep Games ("we", "us") about your use of the game Street Survivors (the "Game"), on Steam, the App Store, or the web. By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not play.

1. License to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights in it, including the code, art, music, sound, characters, names and text. Items in the Game, like gold, unlocks and achievements, have no cash value and are not property.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense or publish the Game or its files.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, or extract its art, audio or data to reuse or share, except where the law says you may despite this rule.
• Use cheats, bots or tools to post fake scores to the leaderboard, or attack, overload or probe the leaderboard and cloud-save servers.
• Use the leaderboard or cloud save to post names that are hateful, threatening or that use someone else's personal information.

You may make videos and streams of the Game and share screenshots. We would love to see them.

3. Parody and satire

Street Survivors is a work of parody. Every character is fictional. Any resemblance to a real person is satire, not fact. The Game has cartoon violence, crude and adult humor, and references to drugs, alcohol, gambling and sex work. It is made for a mature audience.

4. Online features (web version)

The web version offers an optional leaderboard and cloud save. They are provided as is, may change or be turned off at any time, and may lose data. We may remove leaderboard entries or cloud saves that break these terms. What the online features collect is described in the Privacy Policy at https://7beersdeepgames.com/privacy.

5. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Game will run without errors or interruptions or that saves will never be lost. Back up what matters to you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost progress, lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim about the Game is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be waived.

7. Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may end your license if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 2, 5, 6 and 8) survive.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located there have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go elsewhere.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
